Dubuque – Steeple Square

Steeple Square in Dubuque, Iowa, is an ambitious, adaptive reuse project that is transforming the historic St. Mary’s Church (1867) in Dubuque. Occupying a full city block, the project includes an event space, housing, a daycare, and more. The project has been awarded grants from the Jeffris Family Foundation in Janesville, Wisconsin. There are two spaces here– one of the church itself and one of the steeple.
